With over thirteen years of experience in Cost, Contract & Procurement management, I have worked across client, consultant, and contractor companies. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to effective leadership, prioritizing clear communication, explaining the rationale behind each action, actively listening to feedback, and fostering a culture of learning and growth. I believe in promoting a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive and excel together as a team.
As a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), I am privileged to uphold the highest international standards in the valuation, management, and development of land, real estate, construction, and infrastructure. My membership with RICS has been a rewarding experience, strengthening my skillset and expertise in the field. I am dedicated to promoting RICS principles and values in the built environment, ensuring the high standards of professionalism and integrity.
Additionally, I hold a Master’s degree in Strategic Project Management, completed across three European countries. This experience has enriched my knowledge in Project Management, elevating it to the levels of Strategy, Portfolio, and Program Management. Throughout the program, I also developed essential soft skills in interpersonal communication, leadership, presentation, and public speaking.
Having spent time in various places for both study and work, I have developed a deep appreciation for diversity and the differences in cultures and languages. This adaptability has strengthened my communication skills, making me an organized individual and an effective team leader and player. I have a strong desire to thrive and grow, and I am committed to helping others achieve their professional goals while promoting RICS values in the built environment.
