Upon completion of your Competency writing, Case Study, 48 hours of CPD and completion of Professionalism Module, I’ll help you to prepare for submission for APC Preliminary Review.

It will include final review and comment on the whole submission and checking the following documents / sections:

We’ll have 2 sessions to review together and get you ready. Those sessions along the way will also prepare you for this submisison.

Once everything is ready and within the Preliminary Assessment Window of RICS, you’ll submit for APC Preliminary Review round.

The purpose of the preliminary review is to ensure that candidates understand how the submissions are used as part of the final assessment and that their submissions meet the requirements for final assessment. The feedback report is designed to identify if candidates have met the submission requirements and to provide advice if elements of the submission can be improved.

The objective of the review is to determine if the candidate is ready to proceed to final assessment because the preliminary review is based on the candidate’s submission only; the review does not form part of the final assessment interview.
